			ISO™ Dilek Onur-Taylor A talented hairdresser whose energy and devotion is clearly evident as she interacts with her audience, Dilek Onur-Taylor has been inspiring her peers for 14 years. Her creative and broad knowledge of texture, cutting and finishing work with a specialization in long hair makes her in emand at industry events. Influenced by the many passionate hairdressers she has met throughout her career, Dilek Onur-Taylor is a perfectionist as she diligently works to create NEW cut and style techniques inspired by music and fashion. Sharing her knowledge is the ideal way for her to channel her artistry, and she takes pride in her work as she uses her skills to motivate others.
			Eric Mayes For more than ten years, Eric Mayes has been translating the trends from the fashion industry into innovative, bold color techniques. Recognized and respected for the way he incorporates color into the cut and texture of the hair, his ability to share his artistic knowledge as a member of the ISO™ Artistic Creative Team has taught him as much about the industry as it has about himself. In addition to his responsibility to ISO™, he showcases his creativity behind the chair and coordinates photo shoots at the salon for which he works. He loves to travel, combing the nation for inspiration and motivation.
